I am upgrading our ARS from 5.1.2 to 7.1 and had a question about the correct way or stage of applying the licenses. We are upgrading the Remedy in a new server and we are also upgrading the database from SQL 2000 to 2005. New Server Windows 2003 SQl 2005 ARS 7.1 Please advise. Thanks in advance. Thanks! Manjari R.
