On the filter that sends the notification;
1. Does the Run IF qualify, and the filter fire? check your Filter Log? you
can also put a Message Action in the same filter before the Notify action to
verify the filter fires.
2. In the Notify Action is the Assigned Group field specified in the *U*ser
UNCLASSIFIED
On a ticket, does the field, $Assigned Group$, get a value set?
