Hi All, We have ITSM installed on a Load balancer environment (Solaris + Oracle). When the logs into the system, through the user tool and clicks on "Change Management Console", it takes a lot of time to load that, may be 30-45 seconds. Is there anyway to optimise this performance issue? It also takes probably same amount of time to create a new change ticket.
