ITSM 7.5 install Incident no item in Service field menu

I just installed ITSM 7.5 suite and all seems to be work except when creating an Incident there are no items in the Service field menu which is a required field. What did I forget to configure? or what configuration is required to populate that menu? Thanks, Mike
