Anyone have any good suggestions for creating an email template for the Work Order in ITSM 7.6.04
When I export the email template it gives me a lot of blank fields (I understand what they are) and it gives me several fields that are duplicated and it doesn't give me some of the necessary fields. Should I just create my own template that has the fields I know are needed to create a WO? Claire "have I asked this already?"
