We ran into an error when trying to install ITSM Process Designer on 8.1 because an error indicated that 8.3.3 was not compatible with 8.1 Patch 2. After opening a ticket with BMC, they provided me with a defect SW00460401 along with a hotfix that I put in place and was able to get around the
