I have the old (very old) set of Rapid Results worksheets (HD 4) that is used as a template for bulk loading of information into the ITSM suite. Does anyone have the set for the ITSM 6 suite? I am finding that bulk loading in HD 4.03 and HD 6 are VERY different. I can create a set myself with a bit of investigating (which I have been doing this weekend) but if someone out there has them, I would really appreciate them! Claire [EMAIL PROTECTED]
