We are on Remedy 6.3 and our Japanese(only) users are getting below mentioned error : *** ARERR (402) Incorrect format in the definition file. Incorrect format in the definition file. (ARERR 1651) *** The application is working fine in English and other languages and there is no change occurred on application level /Remedy Servers . Please suggest.
