Greetings List! Management has asked me a couple questions regarding Remedy Indexes. Still considering myself an amateur, I gave my best guess as I understood, but they would like to confirm.
They would like to know: 1) How exactly does Remedy Indexing work? 2) In 4.5 we had case-insensitive searches. In 6.3, I've not been able to find this. Does it exist? How do we activate it? I tried searching the archives, but I always came up with too little or too much- if anyone knows of past-posts that would help as well, I'd be most grateful!
