Oracle 10gR2 (Client and database)
I am trying to install ARS 7.1 server. But the installer quits throwing an
error in
arDBErrorLog
./ar_install: /Desktop/ARS/arsystem/solaris/oraload: cannot execute
What type of vm? What does 'uname -a' return on the console?

When you say Solaris on VM do you mean on the Intel platfoprm with Open
Solaris? I know of no Solaris VM from VMWare.
If so, then ARS does not run on this OS. You need a Sun box.
