Hello List,

 

Has anyone Integrated BMC Knowledge Management with ITSM6 Apps (specifically Remedy Requester and Help Desk)?

 

If so, have you imported “canned” knowledge packs from RightAnswers, Inc.?

 

I’ve followed the instructions outlined in the guide provided by BMC entitled:

 

BMC Remedy

Knowledge Management 5.30

RightAnswers Integration Guide

 

 

However, after “importing” the RightAnswers KPAKS, all of them appear to be for “Internal” use only, when I’d like a large portion of these to be visible for Self Service (e.g. Joe User using Remedy Requester).

 

Any ideas?
