specific tickets several times a day so that each report was sent on an
individual ticket, instead of a list of them...maybe looking into Jarl's
suggestion would be wise :)

In 8.1 there is certainly the ability to schedule reports, you can find the
buttons in the top right corner of the report console if I remember
correctly.
