We are getting the following issue while importing a def file for a Form

Incorrect format in the definition file:  (bad file menu -- end):  (ARERR 402)
Creation of one of the SQL views for the form failed within the SQL database.
We have tried re-importing it as well, but still get the same error.   We have 
not made any manual changes to the def file.

Please advice on what can be done as this is one of our main forms.
