Prior to 7.5, the Web Services plugin was using the C plugin server..but
when you upgrade to 7.5 it replaces that with a Java one..I'm trying to
figure out how to turn on that logging..in the admin console, turning on
plugin logging only turns it on for the C plugin server..I've looked through
