Location: Bridgewater, NJ Duration: Permanent Salary: 105K-115K About the Company: Global pharmaceutical Company Degree Required: Bachelors Degree Years of Experience: 3+ Description of Need: Strong experience in delivering a variety of out-of-the-box and custom REMEDY-based solutions. Primary role will be developing, designing and customizing Remedy solutions that align with the IT Infrastructure Library and other IT Service Management best practices. Key activities will involve requirements gathering, design, development, testing and documentation. This will demand strong interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with key personnel to understand their requirements and offer creative solutions that meet and/or exceed their expectations. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong customer service skills, and proven leadership abilities are required as this resource will have contact with customers/vendors on development issues. This resource is expected to be a functional member of the IS Infrastructure Systems Management team. Responsibilities include: Design, development, customization and administration of REMEDY-based systems that align with Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management. Continuous optimization of these (and future) tools to better align with IT Service Management best practices (i.e.: ITIL). Integration of these REMEDY tools with disparate systems (i.e.: Asset Management, Event Management, external Incident Management systems, etc.). Understanding how these solutions can support and help the organization's ongoing maturity efforts around ITIL and IT Service Management. Working with qualified and validated systems (familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification). Customization and creation of REMEDY workflows according to customer requirements. Ability to estimate work effort for customizations, enhancements, and configuration requests. Advanced analysis and troubleshooting. Creating and maintaining technical documentation with respect to system design. Testing code changes. Perform code reviews of developer code changes. Create and Maintain coding standards.
