Job title: Remedy Administrator Term: 5 month Location: McLean, VA Level: 3+years experience Primary skills: 1+ year experience in BMC Remedy ARS server administration Must be able to display knowledge on the server admin level 3+ years of general IT experience Strong system administration skills (UNIX / Windows). Experience Required: 3+ years experience Description: Work as a Remedy tool administrator and security specialist for Incident Management, Change Management, Asset management module and ITSM CMDB in Remedy A R System 7. Specific job duties include: 1. Provisioning of users and groups in various Remedy modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management and custom home grown applications within Remedy AR System. 2. Working closely with users to identify their provisioning needs and direct them on how to submit correct tickets. 3. Working with the automation team to provide requirements for the automation solution for user provisioning. 4. Producing reports using SQL/Shell Scripting and validating that no provisioning errors have been made on a monthly basis. 5. Provide support for managing CMDB Job title: Remedy Developer (Mid Level) Term: 5 month Location: McLean, VA Level: 3-7 years experience Primary skills: In depth knowledge of the Remedy tool particularly asset management. Working knowledge in the Remedy reconciliation engine. Experience in developing rules for the reconciliation engine Experience in developing load scripts and developing load scripts utilizing the various mechanisms utilized to load data into Remedy Experience Required: 3 - 7 yrs experience Description: This individual will participate in the completion of the set up and standardization of the asset management load into the Remedy tool. Specific job duties include: Individual will build asset data load mechanisms and reconciliation rules for the Remedy Reconciliation engine Deliverables will be the fixes of current data loads into Remedy, new interim loads of data into remedy, reconciliation rules, and documentation of the products Job title: Remedy Architect (Sr. Level) Term: 4 month Location: McLean, VA Level: 7 years experience Primary skills: In depth knowledge of the Remedy tool and it's various engines, workflow capabilities and deep knowledge of its data model. Working knowledge in the Remedy reconciliation engine. Experience in creating rules and optimizing the reconciliation engine. Experience building the capability to capture asset information in Remedy and the standard reports related to Asset and Configuration management. Experience in leading the implementation of Asset and Configuration management. Experience Required: 7 years experience ITIL Certification preferred Description: Project: Service Asset and Configuration management Specific job duties include: This individual will provide in depth knowledge and guidance to the completion of the set up and standardization of the asset management load into the Remedy tool. Guidance will be in the optimal data model, optimal load mechanism and utilization of the Remedy Reconciliation engine. Deliverables will be a logical and physical data model, load mechanisms and rules in the reconciliation engine.
