Hi, The AR System Historical License Usage form is enabled under Admin Console -> System -> General -> Server Information -> Configuration -> License Tracking = All Licenses. Note that this form does not track Floating Reject events. If you need that, you must resort to the user.log or form based

Team, I need to create the license usage report from remedy.Have identified dwell can get the information from Historical license usage , current license usage form.but, its not showing the record. where I need to configure this 2 forms to capture my requirement. Please advise. Regards, Suresh
