MidTier 7.01 against ARS 6.3 p20 I have added some entry points to a Home page application list. However, I am trying to add another form and it will not show. The form is a display only form. All the permissions on the form look good and match the users permissions. I am able to add another form just not this display only form. There are other display only forms in the list.
