I have always felt the only way to move the database is to use database tools to export the system and import it into another database. Anything else takes to long in my experience. Although some people have used other tools. I wouldn't know what to recommend. I wouldn't use Remedy Migrator

Kathy, You may want to look at RRRChive. It has a feature that allows you to copy records to file, and then an opposite feature that lets you restore from file. In essence, exporting your entire remedy dataset to file, move the files wherever you need them, then restore them to another remedy
