But I have one more thing to do here! How can we put green and red
colour symbols for Menu items.
Suppose I have 4 Menu items under a menu. First menu item should be
visible as Green symbol like Online and other 3 items should be
visible as Red

Follow below steps to rename menu items for Navigational or Horizontal
Navigation:
-> Create the Vertical or Horizontal Navigation
-> Right click on it and select option "Edit Menu/Navigation Items"
-> Click on Add Menu which adds menu items as New Menu, New Menu1, New
Menu2 ...
->
Hello Team,
I want to add vertical navigation to a form but when I select the
menu, items and separator. All these items are getting added but I am
unable to rename the Menu, items which I desire in ITSM 8.0
