Thanks Jason, That's exactly how I decided to go about it. I was facing an issue with PERFORM-ACTION-SAVE-ATTACHMENT where I was getting a Null or invalid path but I figured it out. There was a carriage return that I needed to remove and now it is working fine. Thanks again. On Mon, J

I have always used a script to either send via FTP (SFTP) or SCP (using putty if on Windows). Basically create a filter that saves your attachment to the server's disk and then have a script that picks up the file, sends it and deletes it from the file system. Jason On Mon, Jun 18, 2018 at 1:37 P

I have request to have the ability to FTP an attachment on an HPD:WorkLog record to an FTP location. I've read many posts online and have made several attempts to achieve this but without success. Can anybody provide some direction that may have done something like this before please? Any assist

I think by setting the attachment field to a character field, sets the path of the attachment if present to the character field..   You can use this information in your workflow prior to running the Perform-Action-Save-Attachment process and if present warn the user that the attachment is not
