Hi everyone,
We are using the auto assignment on Incidents and I noticed people count of open Incidents is like 246000, in reality they have only 17 open Incidents and no changes. Does anyone know of a bug with this Open Ticket Count on the people form? We are running 7.0.1 with patch 2 on windows.
