390695 is the Plugin RPC number. I think what you need to do is set Plugin
log level to ALL restart the Plugin Server. Check the Plugin logs find
the section where you see all Plugins are loaded. Do you see your plugin in
there?
BTW is it C Plugin or Java Plugin?

to if AREA is enabled. You say assigned it in a private thread however
this is an internal AR Server queue, meaning you don't specify this as a
private queue, and therefore if your plugin needs to communicate
