thanks for the reply, it ending up being the environment I was on was
missing the Permission, Artium Foundational Admin. There was a active link
that looked specifically for that
$GROUP$ LIKE "Atrium Foundational Admin" to enable the save button

Weird, if you have access to Create button then the SAVE button should
be enabled.
In 7.6.03 I tried the following two, both have save button enabled

I am trying to create a Model/Version for a Product in the BMC Atrium
Product Catalog since I read that "A product must have model or version
information before it appears in the Product Catalog Entries list.", from
