Question: ITSM 7.0 - Survey (SRM:Survey)

I'm curious as to what some of you have done with the Survey in ITSM 7.0 - in the form SRM:Survey beside each quesiton it says "Rating (1-10)" - it does not say 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest or vice versa. We are not sure how users will treat this and we may get mixed results. Comm
