Does anyone know the difference between the "Broadcast End Date" and the "System Broadcast End Date" in the Config Broadcast Form?
I looked in the BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7.0 Configuration Guide and there is no documentation regarding these fields. >From what I can tell if I don't populate the "Broadcast End Date" the system will populate the "System Broadcast End Date" with the exact time AND one day earlier then the "Broadcast End Date". If I populate the "Broadcast End Date" then it will make the "System Broadcast End Date" exactly the same. When I open the "Config Broadcast" Form no matter what record I click on I get the error "ARERR [102] Name Parameter (or name field in a parameter) is empty.
