You were right, I had to delete all the Email forms from 5.1.2 then install E-mail engine 6.3 straight. Also I had installed Java 1.6 and they Support asked me to use Java 1.4. Thanks! Manjari R. I found that for Windows server I additionally had to uninstall the email engine via the add/remove programs. The email engine is then just a straight install.
