pg 61-62. I had not hit what you did since I have no load balancer, and
I did have to specify port :8080 for tomcat. Speaking of ports, if you

There is a step in the documentation (configuration pg 61) where you
have to specify a path in SLM:ConfigPreferences to the mid-tier web
server in order for them to show up.
Don't get too excited, however, since there is still one entire table in
the Service Targets dashboard that does not show
