we are running into the same issue now as Islam has reported. Same environment.
Anyone could fix that so far ?
We are on v63 p16.

RPC:Call Failed Procedure Unavailable
Hi listers,
Did any one see such an error on the Remedy Mid-tier 6.3 when working with
any request or opening any form ?.. When that error is produced, the Home
page presents an empty application list and the user is completely blocked
to work with any thing.
To give you more insight, I could not reproduce the error on a Windows 2000
machine with IIS 5 , ServletExec 5, but the error is present on a Windows
2003 with IIS 6 and ServletExec 5. The error is not produced on the WUT
even the one hosted on the same web server. The web server and the remedy
server on different hosts.
The error logs of both Mid-tier and ServletExec just denotes an exception
on the RPC call and no relevant error logs on the Windows Event Viewer.
Where do you think one should start looking ? What could be the reasons ?
