mid-tier?
For midtier you have to change the same styles the same way in
resource\standard\stylesheets\arsystem.css
Is there another way to change this globally that would include users and
web views?

We are attempting to change the navigation pane color in all modules. In
Incident management for example we want the OOB blue color changed for
Console view, General functions etc. We have found where to change the
links but not those headers.
