I would look into the "BMC Remedy AR System 7.x: Application Requirements Analysis, Design, & Development" class when they offer it. I had the 6.0 one and it gives you a lot to think about from the design point of view.

Also you might want to look at ITIL.

I just returned from Remedy Admin 2 (ver.7); I have basically been winging it for nearly 2 years now and finally got some training. Can anyone please direct me to resources beyond the two books I took away from the class ? Things that you have found helpful etc.
