Listers, I have a question regarding reports. Client is using
Mid-Tier 6.3 Patch 16, AR Server 6.3 Patch 16. They are not using the Crystal Enterprise Server for
generating reports, instead they are using the ARSystem canned reports, which
are supossed to be functional on the web. If I run the report via the
“User Tool” I get the results back that are expected. However, if I
run the report through the Mid-Tier (Web Interface), it only brings back a
limited # of records instead of the full blown list that I get in the User
Tool? Does the Mid-Tier have a max display of records per window
or something? Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix this? v/r Christopher Gillman |
