We have ARS 7.5 ITSM on windows/SQL server.
When the user clicks the Menu bar help button on the Requester Console (top left), it is showing a list of fields. We are not able to uncheck the Help button from Developer, it's grayed out. Anyone know how to fix or hide that button? This is not the Help button on the form, that is working OK. This happens for all, not just admins.
