Hi, When the attachment is added to the service request form I'm supposed to see a note in the work info of the fulfilment application just to refer to the service request for the attachment. But it doesn't work. There is no log in the work info. No matter if it's standard or advanced form and the

Hi, Upon further investigation turned out that described situations occurs only when CAI plugin is registerd to the private queue which has more then 1 thread. Having it configured like this: Type RPCmin max *Private 390694 1
