*This is SRM and ITSM 7.6.04 p1* I've noticed a behavior where an SRM request that is cancelled does not modify a change request to cancelled when the status of the change request is "Rejected." Any of you experience this? I didn't find anything in the KB. If the Change request is in any other status, the request does go to Cancelled status. It is just the "Rejected" status where this is stuck. Thanks.
