Hi All, I am in the process of having to submit a ticket from our Helpdesk version 6.0 to another Web Page. I am essentially passing my field values to this html form and posting to this external web site page with what has already been built in this external web page. Now I need to pull some of the information off of this remote screen after the ticket has been saved. I want a Perl process to perform this function so I can pull this information back into Remedy. This needs to be performed through an external program so it can function using the Remedy thick client too. Does anyone know if this can be done throught Perl or can you recommend a better solution. I know I really do not have any control if I were to try to send all of the information using a View Field.
