Smart IT Impact, Urgency and Status Menu not working

Hi All I have Smart IT installed against ITSM 8.1. The installation went through with no errors and all looks pretty good. However, I am having a small problem where if I want to create a new incident on the Smart IT console that the Urgency, Impact and status drop down fields are not showing any
