Have a look at the CTM:SYS-Access Permission Grps form.
From memory, this acts as the link between Support Group entries and Real
Permission
Groups. I think this form is also used to map Operating Company entries to Real
Permission Groups too.

Working with ITSM v7. I am unable to find a way to link a support group
(CTM:Support Group form) with its corresponding Group ID (Group Form).
Niether of these forms seems to have a unique ID, support group ID, or
group ID in common. Oddly enough, the only commonality between the two
forms
