Taxis are available at the airport without prior arrangement. Just follow the
signs out to the taxi stand and
there are usually ones sitting there or if not, they are on call from a taxi
waiting area out near the long term
parking area so they come

or should I pre-arrange one? Getting in rather late on Monday (9:00pm)
and would like to take a taxi to the hotel.

I took a Taxi last year and just walked up to the stand and got in onea
small line was queue'dsame thing when leaving the hotel back to the
airport on Friday...there were cars just waiting :)
