Senior Remedy Consultant - permanent role to analyze, design, architect and implement BMC Remedy solutions (ARS, ITSM6, ITSM7) for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Remedy Consultant with strong customer facing skills and the ability to develop or enhance their project management skills. Full training in ITSM7, CMDB, ITIL and Prince 2 will be provided as required by your experience. The experience required for the role: 3+ yrs ARS development, ITSM implementation experience and exposure to analyzing customer requirements & designing solutions. 2. Senior Support Consultant - permanent role to analyze, troubleshoot and create solutions our customer's Remedy ARS and ITSM problems, including hands-on development of new workflow for customers. Fusion has the largest dedicated UK Remedy Support Center and has a highly experienced team providing 24/7, application and managed support services to our blue-chip client base. To be successful the ideal candidate will have a Remedy development background/Senior Remedy troubleshooting background, broad IT experience e.g. understands different databases, different operating systems and possess excellent communication skills. Training opportunities will be provided across all facets of the role. 3. Senior Remedy Consultant - contract role to head-up a virtual team to deliver a specific work stream centered around web enabling global ARS7 applications. Project management, ARS development (mid tier essential) & customer relationship building skills required for this long term (9 months +) contract opportunity based in the South.
