I am trying to create a new report in the User Tool on the data from
Audit Log for an Incident 7.0.03, due to this data contain date /
timestamps for reporting use.
Unfortunately I cannot find any Audit Log data on the HPD:Help Desk
form, and if I try on the HPD:Help Desk Audit
Are you sure Audit logging has been enabled on fields on the Help Desk form?
I think OOTB there quite a few but maybe they have been turned off in your
system.
