Yes, it helps somewhat. I have, in the past, created link servers and a
view form between two SQL Server databases. Was just wondering if it's
possible to do it from SQL ARS to an external Oracle database. Not very
familiar with EIE. Is that something that needs to
be purchased?

Remedy Database, or you can create a database link between ARSystem Database
and the external table in Oracle using ODBC drivers. Once
