Hi Listers, I successfully generated the out of box CHG_ChangeInterface_WS WSDL using .NET WebService Studio. However, when I run the Change_Query_Service (Get) operation, input the Infrastructure_Change_ID and run (invoke) the WSDL, it appears to run ok but the record returned is not the one I was expecting. Most of the fields are null, date values are set to 01/01/0001, and selection fields have their first value in the list populated. I would like to be able to modify several fields on a change record in ITSM v7. Not too sure about what I am missing, any assistance will be kindly appreciated. Kind Regards, M.
