Hold down CTRL+Shift and press the refresh button in the browser after
acknowledging the error on the mid-tier page. If you want to see the
root of the issue, compare the cached js files from the mid-tier
server on the problematic workstation and the working workstation.

System Specs: Mid-tier 7.1 on Solaris with IBM http server + Websphere,
AR Server 7.1 on Solaris (separate server).
We have an issue which defies explanation right now.
"Someone" (aka me) accidentally flushed the cache of a mid-tier server
while a training class was going on. Basically no harm
