We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst who will be working on Web Strategic Initiative Projects. The hiring manager has a strong preference for candidates who are local or can interview in-person. The ability to interview in-person could partially offset the e-commerce experience requirement. Samples of Business Requirements Documents will be required as part of the hiring process. Must Have: · 2 - 4 years of E-commerce business systems analysis/process redesign experience and a broad knowledge of Internet technologies and E-commerce industry. · Demonstrable experience in accurately and efficiently specifying functional requirements for complex on-line applications. · Understanding of application development processes. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including demonstrated ability to proactively elicit business requirements. · Must be able to work independently, with little direction; must be very self-motivated and able to multi-task and deal with a very fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: · Visio preferred but not required.
