Conduct project definition and planning using project management and process management artifacts, tools and techniques. Required Skills: (6) years of Information Technology experience and (6) years of Enterprise-level Project Management experience is required. This position also requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience working with Research Administration tools in Higher Education. PMP certification is highly preferred. A strong understanding of business process improvement is required. Demonstrated strong negotiating, planning, team building, coaching, financial and risk management skills. A good understanding of emerging technologies. Must be able to lead efforts to assess the competitiveness of new technologies in relation to the overall goals and objectives of the client. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
