Job Title : Product Manager Location : RTP, NC Duration : 6 months extendable to 1 year Years of Experience :8 to 10 Required Skills The Product Manager for the Managed Services Platform Product Management group will be an action-oriented, disruptive, and innovative driving force, responsible for defining the features and functions of Managed Services Platforms that will support the Cloud and Managed Services Group. This high-level individual contributor • Will help create and drive strategy • Will influence and lead cross functional teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment and growing experience • Will be asked to resolve escalated product, service and stakeholder issues in a timely and effective manner • Will develop MRD, PRD and tools specification with input from cross-functional stakeholders • Will communicate, influence and work with Senior Executives to ensure Managed Services offers meet their needs • Will collaboratively drive the strategy forward for the Managed Services Platform and build comprehensive offer/feature/function roadmap for Managed Services Platform • Will define requirements for policies, guidelines, frameworks and processes to successfully drive the Managed Services Platform • Will develop required collateral and communicate with internal and external audience Required qualifications: BSEE/CS or equivalent plus 8-10 years related experience in Product Management. MBA or advanced degree preferred • Solid technical background including DataCenter/Cloud/XaaS Architectures is strongly preferred. • Deep knowledge and product management experience in Cloud/XaaS platform architectures is strongly preferred • Experience with Data Center Products & technologies, virtualization products from VMWare, Citrix, storage/compute/networking, public cloud/hybrid cloud solutions, OpenStack, SDN/NFV, Applications management • Demonstrated ability to take abstract technical and business concepts and drive them into concrete and agreed-to specific requirements • Knowledge and familiarity with Cisco core networking products and solutions • Operational experience with managed services for SP and Enterprise networks • Experience working with large SPs or Enterprises • Strong focus in network or systems management experience and Experience with NMS/OSS systems for managed services (Provisioning, Service Assurance, Change Management, ITSM functions) • Agile development experience Leadership skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams to a common outcome Ability to influence senior executives on innovative ideas Highly collaborative team player with ability to work independently when required Able to articulate technical issues in terms of business risk • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical experts and management • Delivery focused, willingness to perform all tasks required to complete the job and meet deadlines, including administrative and documentation oriented tasks • Strong relationship building, influencing, communication and facilitation skills during times of uncertainty, rapid change, aggressive timelines, budget constraints and operational requirements • Clearly, consistently and succinctly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations • Pragmatic problem solver (i.e. take complex problems and break them down into components) • Breadth of knowledge and interest in business issues is preferred Pavithra Nexera Solutions 289 Route 33 Bldg A Suite 4 Manalapan, NJ 07726 Phone : 732-853-0609 (813) Email : pavithra.vangire...@nexerasolution.com URL : www.nexerasolution.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
