The right candidate is experienced with various business intelligence tools, especially SAP BusinessObjects suite of tools. Candidates must have 5+ years of BI reporting experience with 2+ years in SAP Business Objects. *Responsibilities:* · Designs and constructs BusinessObjects universes and reports. · Implement and automate complex BusinessObjects reports on IT operation business metrics to drive key business decisions. · Interface with developers, testers, business users, and executives, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions. · Own the design, development, and communication of metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards. *Basic Qualifications:* · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related technical field · 4+ years of relevant employment experience in BI reporting, · 3+ years knowledge of SQL, Excel, and ETL work flows · Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence tools (*Information Design Tool, Web Intelligence, Crystal Report, etc.*) · Must understand relational database schema and have hands-on SQL experiences · Experience in relational databases in a business environment with complex datasets · Proven track record of Executive level reporting to drive business decisions *Preferred Qualifications:* · MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other related technical field · Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting · Knowledge of Business Objects models and architecture. · Experience in the process of promoting Business Objects in various environments like Development, Testing, and User Acceptance. · Develop, implement and document processes and standards for SAP Business Objects.
