Request Summary: Looking for an experienced candidate (3-5 years) to define and write security standards in SCAP format, compatible with OpenScap and similar SCAP tools. The candidate must have experience creating OVAL (Open Vulnerability and Assessment Language) and XCCDF (eXtensible Configuration Checklist Description Format); writing OVAL definitions that are compatible with the OpenScap tool.
