One last thing...there has been alot of talk abiout the original redevelopment
plan and its call for 3000 condos. Many wanted more of an entertainment focus
for the boardwalk and I agree. It looks like MM also agrees when you consider
the NJ State Hall of Fame, their support of the NJ MOMA in
IStar seeking credit line to avert bankruptcy
Real estate lender is in talks with Franklin Resources, Centerbridge Capital

I doubt, and have doubted for years, the ability of AP to support an
additional 3,000 condos.
Depends. Depends on where you price it, amenities etc. Need a better mix of
apartments, condos, hotels etc - and then your mix of retail.
